NeXT Session 8 “Digital Pathways, Strategies, & Metrics in Advancing Digital Transformation”

What are the destination, roadmap, and measures of progress in the digital transformation journey? What strategies are necessary to advance the focus on member/customer as their world continues to change? What are the internal and external indicators to measure progress in the digital transformation journey in order to make the timely course correction and improve its success rate?

Key metrics supporting operational excellence will certainly look are core execution metrics. Strategically, as transformation advances, new metrics will need to be developed for each successive initiative.

Our digital strategy leadership team conducted a benchmarking survey with 3 pilots and 26 associations. The findings, benchmarks, success practices, strategies, and key issues will be reviewed and discussed.
