To help  cultivate relationships at the leadership levels, build your brand, and gain new knowledge, we suggest your representatives are senior leadership and executives able to collaborate at the highest levels over issues – not product/service pitches. Most Resource Center Partners are represented by Founders, CEOs, or Senior Vice Presidents of Marketing and/or a senior sales executive.

  1. Two draped and skirted tables with 4 chairs (a consultation style setup, not a booth setup)

  2. Backdrape to define each partner area

  3. Signage with your logo

  4. Electrical power with 2 standard outlets

  5. Wireless Internet is available in the Resource Center

 

What to bring

  1. Digital Case Study Posters: Partners are encouraged to bring a print or handout of an informative case study.

  2. Laptops and Flat Screens: Partners may bring laptops and flat screens. These may also be ordered through the conference A/V vendor.

  3. Products, Literature, Digital Resources: Partners may display products and literature at their designated conference area and use digital resources like PowerPoint, videos, images, diagrams, demos, games, and photos.     

  4. GiveAways: Partners may provide giveaway products from their designated conference area. If doing so, these should align with the digitalNow content and be suitable for C-level executives.


Partner & Resource Center Schedules


Sunday, April 14 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm Partner lodging check-in at the Hyatt Regency Orlando and set up in the Valencia Ballroom at the Orange County Convention Center. Partner areas must be fully set by 6:30 pm.

FedEx package storage will not be available after this time and will not be available until after the conference begins at 8:00 am on Monday, April 15, 2019.
Sunday, April 14 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm Partner meeting with Fusion Producer in the Valencia Ballroom
Monday, April 15 7:00 am - 7:30 pm Resource Center open to all attendees.
Tuesday, April 16 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Resource Center open to all attendees.
Wednesday, April 17 7:00 am - noon Resource Center open to all attendees.

Note: We need to be broken down and out by 3:00 pm
 

Allowances & Restrictions

  1. digitalNow is not a tradeshow or exhibition. Please see above section titled “ digitalNow… the un-tradeshow” to learn how to get the most out of your participation.

  2. Extra pipe and drape, carpet, and furnishings are not permitted.  

  3. Free-standing, tabletop, and fast-fold exhibits are not permitted.  

  4. Banners, signage, and fast-fold posters are not permitted.

  5. Audio amplification/equipment, beyond the standard laptop audio is not permitted.        

  6. A branded tablecloth for one 6’ table is permitted.

  7. One additional power strip (supplied by partner) is permitted.

February 15, 2019 Materials Deadline All materials must be submitted by this date. See section below for submission form.
March 25, 2019 Room Reservations After you register you will receive a confirmation which will include a link to make your hotel reservations through the Hyatt Regency Orlando. Room availability cannot be guaranteed after this date.
